1. Seed Capital Contributions

By contributing to Sharkstec ICT Africa (Pty) Ltd, you acknowledge that your support constitutes an operational seed capital contribution. These funds are designated for technical infrastructure, wholesaler inventory, and necessary compliance certifications to facilitate our market entry.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via our integrated gateways, PayFast and PayPal. Sharkstec ICT Africa does not store sensitive credit card or banking information on our servers; all transaction data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners.

3. Refund Policy

As these funds are deployed immediately toward operational scaling, all contributions are considered final. Please ensure your pledge amount is accurate before authorizing the transaction.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this campaign shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in KwaZulu-Natal.
